About this service
This intranet supports a fictional Roblox roleplay organisation. It is not affiliated with a real police service or government authority.
Information we use
We may store your employee ID, Roblox user ID and username, Discord user ID, account credentials, rank, status and employment history. We also process information you provide or generate while using the intranet, including shifts, activity records, training, forms, messages, notices, disciplinary records and internal investigation material.
Passwords are stored as password hashes. Discord and Roblox sign-in provide account identifiers and basic profile information. We do not receive your Discord or Roblox password.
Why we use it
We use this information to identify authorised members, control access, operate employee and training records, process forms, manage the roleplay organisation, deliver required notices, maintain safety and investigate misuse.
Who can access it
Information is available only to members with the relevant intranet permissions. Some information may be sent through Discord to notify you. Cloudflare hosts the website and database, while Discord and Roblox process information when their login or integration services are used.
Retention and security
Records are kept for as long as they are needed to operate the organisation, resolve disputes, preserve an audit history or meet applicable obligations. Access is permission-controlled and significant administrative actions may be logged. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can ask an organisation administrator to correct inaccurate account information or review a request concerning your data. Some operational, disciplinary or audit records may need to be retained even after access ends.
Cookies
The intranet uses essential cookies for signed-in sessions and to secure OAuth sign-in. It does not use advertising cookies.
