Terms of use

Purpose

This intranet is provided for authorised members of a fictional Roblox roleplay organisation. It is not a real police, emergency or government service and must not be used to seek real-world assistance.

Account access

You may use only your own account and linked Discord or Roblox identity. Keep your credentials secure and report suspected unauthorised access to an administrator. Access may be restricted, suspended or removed when your role or permissions change.

Acceptable use

Use the service only for legitimate organisation activities. Do not attempt to bypass permissions, access another person's records, disrupt the service, upload harmful material, impersonate another member or disclose confidential information without authorisation.

Your content

You remain responsible for information you submit. By submitting it, you allow the organisation to store, review and use it for operating the intranet and roleplay organisation. Do not submit information you are not authorised to share.

Administrative decisions

Authorised staff may manage ranks, training, forms, investigations, disciplinary records and account access under the organisation's internal rules. Relevant actions may be recorded in an audit history.

Third-party services

Discord, Roblox and Cloudflare are separate services governed by their own terms and policies. Their availability and account decisions are outside this intranet's control.

Availability and changes

The service is provided as available and may be changed, interrupted or withdrawn. These terms may be updated when the service or its data use changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
